These consist of memoranda, particulars of leases, notes about drainage, lists of tenants, a few leases (c. 1720 for Croft.)
Found scattered throughout the deposit.
1. Survey of William Drake's lands on the South East side of Wainfleet Clough, 1744.
7. Particular of agreements for Croft, with addresses of tenants, 1717.
11. Draft agreement with Thomas Elmhirst as bailiff or agent, 1721.
19. Particulars for sale Holbeach, c. 1797.
20-25. Printed papers, notices and memoranda relating to the drainage of the East Fen (John Grundy's Report as Engineer, with plan, 1774) 1773-4.
26-40. Acts of parliament, with subsidiary printed papers and notes, for embanking and draining salt marshes in Spalding, Moulton, Whaplode, Holbeach and Gedney, etc. 1793.
