B & S. parts began June 24th 1782 for 21 yrs.
Capital covenanted to be employed by Matt B is £6000 J Scale £3000.
7½ per Ct to be allowed for all extra capital advanced.
The profits to be divided as 2/3 to 1/3.
M B to be allowed 5 per Ct extra upon the allowance made to other merchants.
Afterwards it was agreed that it should be 7½ per Ct. But to comply with the spirit of this agreement it mus be taken into consideration that at the time of the agreement
The Terms were as follows
To all Merchant[s] only 6 mos were allowed or in case of prompt paymt 5 per Ct.
To Mattw Boulton-12 mos. therefore all further discs that have taken place since must be granted to M B with this original difference of length of Credit.
