James Archer of Middleton near Manchester, clerk, surviving devisee in trust of will of Thomas Benson late of Ulverston, gent, deceased, ii Alice Bolton of Ulverston, spinster, niece of T.B., Nicholas Ainsworth of Middlewich, co. Chester, and Thomas Archer of Middleton, gents, great nephews of T.B., all co-heirs of T.B. iii Edmund Petty, spirit merchant, iv James Park, gent, both of Ulverston -- barn and stables with a piece of ground in Dragleybeck Lane in Ulverston, and 2 closes in Dragley beck Lane and Benson Street -- to such uses as E.P. shall by deed or will appoint, and in default of such appointment to use of J.P. in trust for E.P. -- Further to will of T.B. in which he devised his property to J.A. in trust to be let during the lifetime of his wife Agnes Fellowfield, and after the decease to be sold
