For £20 (1) to (2) 3 small messuages with appurts. in Brittain Lane in Wawick formerly held by Rob. Parsons, Sarah West and Sam. Tayler and now by Thos. Scott, Jane Clarridge, widow, and --- Squires, and purchased by late Wm. James and wife Hannah as in (1) of Sam. Tayler and wife Elizabeth. To hold of chief lord of fee by customary rent & services. Warranty clause. Specified covenants.
