1. Churchwardens of Dent (Robert Conder and George Oversby).
2. Robert Hutchinson of Gawthrop in Dent.
Premises: all that estate or farm called Netley Pot in Dent, now in occupation of Joseph Middleton - from year to year, starting as to husbandry from 14 February, for herbage from 5 April, and for buildings from 12 May next [1880].
Covenants:- (2) is to uphold, maintain, repair and keep in good order and sufficient repair church clock within parish of Dent for term of his natural life, and is to come immediately to repair clock on notice given by (1) at any time.
Rent: £20 yearly payable on 1 June.
