'Library Notes'.


These papers contain twenty-six lists of books which include their location at 'Maesbury', the amount paid and their value. There is also one envelope entitled 'Library - Annual Lists and Notes' which contains seventeen lists of books and their cost on an annual basis from 1943-1958 [incomplete] and two newspaper articles about books and their value. One article in 'The Times Sotheby Index' section by Geraldine Keen dated 10 March 1969 and the other is the front page of 'The Times Saturday Review' dated 24 February1968.
