Harmonides and Government of India Department of Commerce communications showing compensation amounts granted to certain dependants; Consideration as to sanctioning an award to the father of deceased seaman Mantazar Rahman ex ss. Harmonides (and the transfer to the Pakistan Government of papers connected with the case)
