By Sir ROBERT JENKINSON of Hawksbury, to ARTHUR WYMBOLD of Hawksbury, clothier, - for £200 - of a messuage or tenement in Turgesend in Hawkesbyre late in the tenure of Wm.Cozen and thertofore of Edward Trotman, with houses gardens, orchard and backside adjoining
Also 7 closes of meadow and pasture lying together near the said messuage containing 30 acres, called the Home Paddock, the Home Meadow, the Beane Close, the Farther Brookelease, the Little Brooke lease, the Wheelebarrowe lease and the Wheat Close, all in Turgesend aforesaid And common of pasture for 9 Rudder beasts and 3 horse beasts in the Grosse Commons within the manor of Hawkesbury. Timber excepted. Term, 99 years, if Anne the wife of the said Arthur Wymbold and John Wymbold and NATHANIEL Wymbold, sons of the said Arthur and Anne, or any of them should so long live. Rent, £5. and heriot on death of tenant
