As follows:

Letting agreement for Parkfoot, p. Barton, for 3 years, rent £11 a year (Jonathan Sisson of Darlington, Co. Durham, gent., to Joseph Hodgson of Brow p. Barton, yeo.) - house, outhouses, [no land as such mentioned]; husbandry, taxes, and repairing clauses; cartloads of wood to be allowed Thomas Bewsher for hedging (as specified), 1731[/2]

Enfranchisement for £15 (Eleanor Doughty, Catherine Dobson, and Dorothy Walker all now of Appleby in Wd., widows, nieces, and co-heirs of the late "William Davis Esq., Lord of the Manor of Winder [p. Barton], to the Rev. William Sisson of Coggeshall, Essex) - Parkfoot Tenement (house and land), rent 6s. 0d.; with all woods and trees, 1742

Mortgage for £200 (The Rev. William Mouncey, spelled sic, of "Linethwaite in the Parish of Applethwaite in the County of Westmorland" yeo.) - "the Freehold" house and land called Park Foot "Holden under the Dean & Chapter of Carlisle" for 1s.6d. a year; occupied by William Bird; with all woods, hedges, common of pasture and turbary; signed "William Mounsey", 1785

John Allenby of Cartmell Fell, William Hall of Witherslack yeo., and George Mounsey of Crosby, farmer, Devisees in Trust of the late William Mounsey of Swarthmoor Hall p. Ulverston, vendors) - Parkfoot, freehold ("small free Rent of eighteen Pence yearly"); also pays "Tithe Corn and Wool"; entry dates specified respectively for tillage, eatage, and house, "according to the Custom of the Country" (Tillage: Candlemas; Eatage: mid April; House; Mayday); sold subject to the mortgage; purchaser to pay the Crown's "Auction Duty"; with attested copy contract of sale to William Sisson of "Elderbeck" [hitherto Ellerbeck] for "957 over and above the £200 Mortgage", 1807

Barton, rent 6s. 8d.; also Sharrow (customary house and land), rent 10s. 0d., all in the Barony of Barton (Hasell Esq., lord); with all ... common of pasture and turbary, hedges, walls [no tofts or garths mentioned; excepted from the conveyance are the two closes called Sharrow Low Closes, total 5 acres, part of Sharrow Tenement aforesaid; to hold "according to the Custom of the said Barony of Barton time out of Mind ... observed", 1813
