Recites: settlement on HN's marriage with Mary Robinson, spinster (25C above), giving power of appointment of portions for younger children, 29 Sep 1781; death of HN's father George [Nevill], Earl of Abergavenny, 1785; death of Mary [née Robinson], Countess of Abergavenny, 1796, leaving six children, of whom four (Ralph, Lord Nevill, John Nevill, William Nevill and Lady Henrietta otherwise Harriet Nevill) have survived and reached 21; appointment of new trustees (25I above), 16 Oct 1810; purchase of £37,950 13s 4d stock; HN's wish to appoint this sum to his younger sons and daughter
Proviso that if John or William Nevill shall become an eldest or only son in HN's lifetime, his share shall be transferred to his surviving brother and sister
