Part of highway or bridleway between Rusthall Common and a highway leading from Gipps Cross to Small Brook, from west or south west corner of farm called Old House, belonging to Thomas Bucking, to east or south east corner of garden of farm called Tubbs Hole, belonging to Thomas Christopher Gardner, Esq., 500 yards long, 8 feet wide, to be stopped up as unnecessary.
Order: at house of Thomas Roots, known by the sign of the Hare and Hounds at Tunbridge Wells, 15 August 1823, with plan.
Cuttings from Maidstone Journal and Kentish Advertiser, and from Maidstone Gazette and Kentish Courier, 26 August and 2 & 9 September, 1823, containing notice of the order.
Affidavit concerning publication of notices, 14 October 1823.
