Deed to lead the uses of a fine

1. Nicholas Wrayford of Moretonhampstead, harberdasher of hats, only son and heir of Samuel Wrayford late deceased who was son and heir of George Wrayford deceased, and Jane wife of Nicholas

2. Daniel Cater of Bovey Tracey yeoman and Sarah his wife, formerly Sarah Pinsent only child and heir of Edmond Pinsent late of Bovey Tracey, yeoman

3. William Causley of Lustleigh, carpenter

4. George Miller of Manaton, yeoman, trustee

Premises: one messuage now consisting of three dwellinghouses one of which lies adjoining Ford Street, another of them next adjoining on the higher side and the other of them next adjoining it on the higher side, and the outhouses next adjoining in the curtilage consisting of two woodhouses and a garden or plot of ground in which is now a necessary house and which is the wester part of the garden or plot of ground lying at the higher end of the curtilage, and half of the pump in the curtilage, all formerly in the possession of Nicholas Scott great grandfather of Nicholas Wrayford; half of five fields, formerly four, called the Blendwill, the Furze Park, the Little Park and the Higher Downs, in Bovey Tracey formerly part of a messuage named Yeo, which half of the fields were formerly in the possession of Edmond Pinsent; one third part of a messuage or cottage known as Pound Cote and the third part of the curtilage, gardens and orchards, in Lustleigh, with common of pasture in the Town Place, which third part as now held by 3. consists of a dwellinghouse, three ground rooms, four chambers and a little garden in front of the window, an orchard and the pigsty on it, and a garden or herbary

Trusts: the premises in Moretonhampstead are to be held to the use of Nicholas Wrayford, the premises in Bovey Tracey are to be held to the use of Daniel Cater and the premises in Lustleigh to the use of William Causley
