Part of highway adjoining lands of Robert Rigden on north, a thoroughfare from Elham to Acrise and lands of the same on north, lands of Thomas Papillon, Esq. on south, and gardens and lands of Thomas Rigden on west, 459 feet and 78 feet long, to be stopped up as unnecessary.
Order: at Rose and Crown, Elham, 1 December 1823, with plan (scale: about 80 ins. to mile), surveyed by John Horton, Buckland.
Cuttings from the Kentish Gazette, 9, 16, 23 December 1823, containing notice of the order.
Affidavit concerning publication of notices, 13 January 1824.
