- Formation of said Benefit Building Society to raise subscription to enable members to purchase real estate, according to Benefit Building Societies Act
- Membership of society of (1), possessing 3 shares entitling him to £117 from funds
Premises: [as in feoffment 1 February 1808] in occupation of Christopher Foxcroft, in trust to use of (1) provided he make necessary repayments to (2)

Endorsement: acknowledgement 12 January 1864, by Robert James Richardson of receipt of money secured, and vesting of estate in person entitled to equity of redemption
