Engine with 28 inch cylinder, 6 foot stroke, parallel motion, cast iron beam.
Reverse plan and sections of the engine and boiler houses and boilers; sketch plan showing situation of old atmospheric engine, old boiler "now worn out", new engine house etc., and elevation of engine house and water wheel on the back - marked "This drawing brought by Mr. H. Hartop". The reverse drawings bear letter codes.
Also press copy sketch of templates for alteration of working gear, Apr. 1830, marked "Has no business in this book".Original Portfolio or 'Book' No. 610. Catalogue of Old Engines p. 270.
