Letter of Francis Shaw, Worshipful Master, John Emerson, Senior Warden, James Harrison, Junior Warden and Henry Liggon, Secretary, Lodge at the White Hind Inn, Newark to Robert Leslie, Grand Secretary noting the admittance of James Burnet, Serjeant, 6th Regiment of Dragoon Guards as a Lodge member, sending payment for membership registrations and certificates, including the Royal Arch exaltations of James Harrison and Robert Barnsdall and confirming George Mackenzie, Francis Shaw, John Emerson as Chiefs (Principals) and Henry Liggon as Scribe E in the newly formed Chapter associated with Lodge, No. 107B at Newark, with other companions named as David Nugent, Irwin Beatty, from the 2nd Battalion, 59th Regiment of Foot, formerly of Lodge, No. 562, meeting in the Royal Tyrone Regiment of Militia, Ireland (Irish Constitution) and James Smith, formerly of Wigan Lodge [Lodge of Antiquity, No 178 [SN 1067], Wigan?]. Inform the Grand Secretary that the Chapter will meet on first Monday in May and November and thank Leslie for the Royal Arch book of constitution. Includes impression of Lodge seal.

This unnamed Lodge was granted a warrant by the Antients' Grand Lodge to meet as No. 107B at Newark in December 1806. The Lodge met at the White Hind Inn, Carter Gate, relocated to the White Lion Inn, Stodman Street in 1807 and met at the White Hind Inn, Carter Gate, Newark-?upon-?Trent, Nottinghamshire from 1808. The Lodge returned its warrant in January 1813 but was granted a number to meet as No. 132 after the union between the Antients' and Moderns' Grand Lodges in 1813 to form the United Grand Lodge of England. The Lodge appears in the Masonic Calendar for 1815, issued in 1814.
