Lumley Williams of Ystym Colwyn in the County of Montgomery Esquire TO Richard Mathews of Brynbwa in the County of Montgomery. Exchange of Williams seat in the new aisle of the parish church of Myvod, adjoining on the East to a seat of Richard Rocke, on the south to a passage leading from the middle alley to the pulpit, on the west to a stone pillar whereunto the pulpit is placed and on the North to an alley of the new aisle FOR the seat of Richard Mathews, adjoining on the East a seat of Sir Charles Lloyd, on the South a seat of John Jones gent. and on the West and North to the seat of Lumley Williams.
