Conventionary rent 13s. Heriot £4.
(i) The Revd. Darell Stephens, Trewornan, clerk.
(ii) Thomas Rawlings, Padstow, esq.
- - lands etc. in Tredrissick formerly in possession of John Withell, then (ii). (Quarries, mines, minerals, clay, trees and saplings, watercourses reserved. Also game and wild fowl and hunting, coursing, setting shooting and fowling. Term to begin after death of Thomas Withell. (DS/287). Lives: George Rawlings (ii) and Emma Rawlings (10), son and dtr. of (ii). (ii) to pay rates, taxes, tithes. Re-entry after arrears of 10 days in default of distress; decay to value of £5 not repaired after 3 months notice; of (ii) could not prove by witnesses on oath existence of lives at manor court of Trewornan).
