(a) Mary Neale of Sidlesham, spinster (one of the four daus. of Francis Neale, late of Sidlesham, yeo., dec'd.); (b) Richard Coote of Climping, yeo; (c) Thomas Hobgen of Sidlesham, yeo., and Joseph Coote, jnr., of Ancton [in Felpham], yeo.
(a) assigns to (c), upon trust, the shares to which she is entitled in the residuary estate and effects of her said father, by his will, 10 June 1835, and codicil (proved 25 Nov. 1835). Endorsed, 14 Aug. 1889, with appointment, by Mary Coote of Climping, widow, of Richard and Joseph Coote, both of Climping, farmers, and Richard Holmes, jnr., of Arundel, gent., as trustees on the death of (c).
Attached memorandum, 29 Dec. 1893, of Legacy and Succession Duty Office, Somerset House, than an entry of the above settlement has been made under the heading Mary Coote, dec'd.
