(i) William Price of Vachwen in parish of Aberhavesp, co. Mtg., gent.
(ii) John Whittingham of Fordin [Forden], co. Mtg., gent., and Lewis Price sen. of Montgomery, co. Mtg., gent.
(a) Capital messuage and appurts. called Pennarth, and mill adjoining in parish of Newtowne [Newtown], co. Mtg., (b) messuages and lands called Pennarth issa in Newtown; (c) messuages, lands and appurts. in Newtown in tenure of Morrice Gwyn, clerk, Thomas ap William, Thomas Powell, John Owen;
(d) capital messuage called y vachwen in Aberhavesp, co. Mtg., to uses specified :
To use of (i) for life, then (a) and (c) to intent that Ellinor Price, wife of (i) may receive £10 p.a. during life out of profits of premises for her life, Richard Price of Pennarth [Penarth] issa
(i)'s brother, may receive £10 annuity during life for use of his younger children, not of himself, Edward Price of London and John Price, bros. of (i) to receive £20 annuity each for 3 yrs. and (a) and (c) after (i)'s death to be held to use of William Price, son and heir apparent of Richard Price, and heirs male, or in default to other sons of Richard Price, sons of Edward Price and John Price, and Lewis Price.
