Samuel Taylor of Walthamstow, Essex, chemist, of the first part and George William Marsh of the Old Kent Rd., Surrey, tobacconist, of the second part. Reciting a mortgage of 6 Jan 1847: death of Richard James Marsh, 1 Feb 1855; that the principal money due on the above mortgages has now been paid, but the premises have never been reconveyed.
By this indenture, the premises are reconveyed to G. W. Marsh.
