Map of the Parish of Cricket St. Thomas and other Lands adjoining in the Parish of Winsham in the County of Somerset, The Property of the Rt. Honble. Lord Bridport.
26.6" to 1 mile O.S. sheets 88SW; 92NW.
Ink and water colour on linen backed paper.
Map shows whole of Cricket St. Thomas, and a small estate at Marshwood, in the neighbouring parish of Winsham. The Winsham plan shows the proposed line of, and acreages required for, a section of the Yeovil and Exeter branch railway. Fields numbered, other landowners named, place names and some field names given. Footpaths, gates, and water shown. Fence, etc., ownership also indicated. A book of reference to this map, dated 1831, and a related numerical survey, are stored in MAP\DD\SAS C/212 Box 2.
