Details of receipts and payments account for the Indian Workers Association Industrial Liaison Project, for the year ended 30th November 1982, together with two typescript reports, one giving an account of the work of industrial liaison workers employed by the Indian Workers Association between 1 December 1981 and 31 August 1982; the other giving an account of work of these officers between 1 April 1982 and 31 August 1982. These workers offered advice and support to people working in various industries, including those who faced problems in gaining benefits or pensions either during their working lives or after retirement. The workers also offered assistance to people facing difficulties with passport applications or other immigration issues. The Industrial Liaison Project does not appear to have been run through the Shaheed Udham Singh Welfare Centre.
