Surrey, spinster, dec'd); (c) Thomas Rhoades of Chichester, gent. and wife Sarah (one of the daughters of the said Richard Cobden), Mary and Jane Cobden of Midhurst and William Cobden of Heyshott (children of the said Richard Cobden); (d) the said William Whitter; (e) Anthony Capron, jun., of Midhurst, esq.

Recites nos. 877, 878, 880-885; will, 20 February 1809 of Richard Cobden; sale by auction of the property on 29 June 1809 and purchase by (d) for £2970; valuation of timber, etc. at £1354.

Property as in no. 878, but deed is endorsed "Dunford and Walkers Farms" in Heyshott.

Payment of £2584 15s. 6d. to (a); £1739 4s. 6d. to (b).
