Of Joseph Wilson (of Coventry, victualler): the testator bequeaths one-tenth of his personalty to each of his nine children (Thomas, Ann Brown, Sarah Herbert, William, Elizabeth Smith, Susan Golsby, Mary Stringer, Helen Mandy, and Charles) and the other one-tenth to his brother John [I] and son-in-law George Herbert for benefit of the testator's son John [II]; if William does not claim his share it will be divided amongst the others; John [I] and Herbert are named executors.
