Extract from the Court Roll of the Manor of Tanworth, that at a Court held [in 1679] William Greene, tenant of lands called Nether Clayfield, the Fordrowe, etc., was reported as dead and that Thomas Greene his eldest son was his next heir, aged 21 years and more.
