Facts and figures concerning Sir Francis Drake's proposed voyage to the Indies in 1585, consisting of: i) 'The number of the men appointed for every ship bound in the voyage'; ii) 'The proportion of victual for a 200 men'; iii) 'Such Captains as are appointed for the Land service'; iv) 'The Captains of such Ships as presently I can remember'. The last of these sections contains statements as to the fitness of each captain, and other important details. In the hand of Sir William More. Damaged [The reason for More's interest in the voyage is not apparent: he may have been an investor; transcribed by M F Keefer in the Hakluyt Society, 2nd series, no. 148 (1981, for 1975), p.45; Film Fo 321.60]
