Dec., 1893 at £32 p.a. quarterly paid plus a proportion from 13th. Nov. [, 1893], with annual inspection, three calendar months' notice for repair, re-entry if the rent become 28 days behindhand (or H. Lovell suffer financial embarrassment or break covenants) and payment by Lovell of a proportionate rent from the broken term's last full quarter to a re-entry date.
