Audit Report Form IX from T Howell K Roberts [Thomas Howells Kyffin Roberts], District Auditor for West Norfolk, to the Local Government Board, certifying that he has audited the accounts of the guardians and officers of the Mitford and Launditch Poor Law Union and found no defect in the books of the following officers:
