A record player is required to access the items in the collection. The collection can be accessed by appointment in the Archives Research Centre. Request for access must be made at least one week in advance to ensure we are able to book your place and retrieve the requested material ahead of your visit.

Immediate source of acquisition (When and where the record was acquired from)
- The collection was donated to the Library by the family of Ernest William Bell in 2007. The donation was given to the Library on the condition that the records would remain as a collection and be stored in a cabinet provided by the family.
