Then follow notes of origins of school, correspondence from former pupils to Revd J.Plumtree of Gransdon, Hunts re the school, 1829 (including from Henry Newcome, a cousin, and earlier letter from Plumtree's sister, 1795; copies of prologues read before the plays were performed, and some cast lists (inc printed). Among those attending the school was the MP and diarist Thomas Creevey. whose name appears in a list of 1783.
