Description

Concerning a trespass by R.F, on land in Ulverstone belonging to T. Hodgson, in respect whereof an action is pending. R.F. is guilty of part of the trespasses, and is to pay 1/- to T.H. The action to cease. Costs of the award to be divided among R.F. and T.H
