Parties 1) Peter Thomas Inge of Eydon, Northants shoemaker. 1b) Hannah Inge, wife of 1a. 2) Peter Thomas Inge. 3) Alfred Adolphus Webb. Recites will of Joseph Smith dated 2. March 1880 whereby he devised his estate to his daughter, 1b. Whom he appointed executrix. He devised his trust and mortgage estates to 1a. The testator died 27 March 1880 and the will was proved 30 April 1880 by 1b. Recites that Elizabeth Austin d. 1880. Recites that £300 still remains due to 1b. but interest has been paid. Now, in consideration of £300 paid to 1b. by 3., with the consent of 2., 1. and 2. reconvey the premises to 3. and his heirs.
