In consideration of £200, from (a) Anthony Bustarde of Daddington, co. Oxon., esq., Henry Palmer of Angmering, esq., and Elizabeth, his wife, to (b) William Palmer of Angmering, gent.

Tenements and 60a. land called Dann in Billingshurst and Slinfold; tenement and 200a. lands called Priors in Billingshurst; tenement barn and backside (1a.) called Greenhowse in Wisborough Green; tenement and 16a. called Frythfield in Billingshurst; and also cottage in Billingshurst lately built by James Nye
