- communications from Ministry of Home Security regarding: representations on Conditions of Service Civil Defence Personnel; Motor Vehicles (Control) Order 1940; immobilisation of unattended vehicles; leaflet - Air Raids, What You Must Know - What You Must Do; decontamination of clothing and protective equipment; prohibition of greyhound racing; continuance of service of Air Raid Precautions personnel for the duration of the war;
