SSC/11/5 - Folder of photocopies of papers held by Professor T.W. Freeman resulting from the BA committee appointed in 1947 'to collect records of the revival of geography in the British Isles dating from the later years of the nineteenth century'. The papers provide biographical details about academic geographers. Papers include: A circular of 16 December ; Copy of annual authorization by BA answers to enquires; Answers to enquiries; A review of progress to June 1949; Copy of paper given to Section E, Edinburgh 1951 (unpublished); Copy of a note published in Geographical Review; Correspondence between Sir John Myres and T.W.
