Part of highway called Stone Rocks Lane, from highway between Cruthole and village of Benenden to a farm called Sculls Gate in Benenden, belonging to Law Hodges, Esq., occupied by Samuel Santer, between barway or entrance to a field of L. Hodges, late occupied by John Busbridge, now by Charles Southon, and a stable adjoining, part of Sculls Gate Farm, 858 yards long 33 feet wide, to be stopped up as unnecessary.
Order: at Cranbrook, 6 February 1823, with plan (scale: 16 inches to mile).
Endorsed: certificate of sale of old highway, no date
receipt for purchase money, 6 March 1823.
Cuttings from Maidstone Journal and Kentish Advertizer, 4,11 & 18 March 1823, containing notice of the order.
Affidavit concerning publication of notices, 8 April 1823.
