1. n.d. Case respecting Owen Jones' Money on behalf of the Innholders Company.
21st February, 1804. Opinion by Henry Martin of Lincoln's Inn.
2. 1801. December 8th - 29th. Account for Mr. Rowe.
3. n.d. Application to the Alderman, Stewards and Company of Innholders, Cooks and Victuallers, from William Twemlow, a freeman of the city, for admission to the company.
4. n.d. Application of John Davies - as above. Signs with a cross. Note: '£10.0.0'.
5. Copy of the Marriage certificate of John Pearson of pa. St. Oswald, innkeeper, and Mary Cooke, of the same, widow. 15th February, 1803.
6. Copy? Letter from T. Royle, Clerk of the Innkeepers' Company, 29th August, 1806, to Mr. Thomas Smith re payment of his proportion of the last year's expences. Note of names of P. Hewitt; Jno. Heywood; William Roberts, presumably recipients of similar letters. This letter has been drafted on a former letter, dated 15th May, 1801, to Mr. Thomas Finch ?, of similar import.
7. n.d. Application of William Maylor for admission to the Company of Innholders, Cooks and Victuallers.
8. n.d. W.M. 1808 Application of John Wooley to be admitted to the company.
9. 5th November, 1804. At a meeting of the Company: Authority for Mr. Thomas Royle to prepare an agreement between the undersigned to contribute to the law charges re Owen Jones' Charity and to invite the Aldermen and Stewards of the other Companies to attend a meeting and to join in the expences relating to the filing of an Information. 27 signatures.
10. n.d. Application of James Johnson to be admitted to the Company of Innkeepers, Cooks and Victuallers.
11. n.d. Application of William Newell to be admitted to the company. Note for his admission.
2. 2nd November, 1811. Printed notice of Company's meeting at the Exchange Hall on 5th November. Note from W. Newell that he will be delayed because he is obliged to attend the Mayo to church.
13. n.d. Application of Thomas Griffith for admission to the Company.
14. 5th November, 1806. Meeting desires the Stewards to summon the Company for a meeting on 10th inst. to consider the funds of the Company - Mr. Davies of the Crown and Glove and Mr. Teopel of the Sun Tavern are to attend to be sworn. 14 signatures.
15. 1803-1804, July 19th. List of members of the Innkeepers' Company and note of payments.
16. 1805. Note of agreement at Company meeting at Steward William on 5th November, 1805, that suitably qualified innkeepers shall be solicited to apply for admission: order re fines.
V. Note of those present.
17. A list of those brothers of the Company of Innkeepers, etc who did not attend on 1st August, 1804, and who have to pay Mr. Tomlinson £1.13s.7d. each.
18 W.M.1796 25th March, 1797. The Regulations to be observed by Innkeepers. From William Windham to the Officers Commanding Dragoons, relating to accommodation.

20. W.M. 1798 Copy of Owen Jones' Will and Codicil, with note of the Companies receiving the bequest.
21. found with 20 2nd November, 1811. Notice of Meeting of the Company on 5th inst. addressed to Edward Davies.
22 1804. Draft Agreement between the several Companies of the City to contribute to the expence of filing and prosecuting an Information., at the relation of the Innholders' Company to establish Owen Jones' Charity
