Attached fold-out survey, page 7, showing Saltash Fishing Rights - regarding acceptance by Saltash Town Council of Admiralty offer of £1000 for surrender of all fishing rights inside Plymouth Breakwater up to Laira Bridge, pointing out that Earl of Morley is owner of all fishing rights etc in Cattewater as far down as Ivy Cove, Turnchapel side and Bears Head Rock, Cattewater side. Rights in St Germans River west of the blue line already purchased by the Admiralty in 1890
