Description

Manor of Great Kington. View of frankpledge with court baron of Fulke Lord Brooke, Baron Brooke of Beauchamps Court, held 21 October 10 William III before Francis Chernocke gent. steward. Copy of court roll recording the presentment of the surrender out of court on 21 October 1698 by Robert Mitchell jun. by the hands of Thomas Eaborne and Samuel Bacon of a close of land in Great Kington commonly called Dodds Greene close, then in the occupation of the said Samuel Bacon, to the use of Robert Mitchell jun. and Mary his wife, and admittance of the two last named to the same.

Examined and signed by the steward.
