Cleaver & Sons Limited and whether he is entitled to the issue of a Preferential Certificate. Mr Fildes confirms that W. Watson's retirement was voluntary and therefore he should either have a Preferential Certificate issued, or a lump sum payment should be made instead. 26 June 1928 and 27 June 1928
