2. Robert Wilson, husbandman and Jane Wilson, spinster, both of Barbon.
Recital:- statutory release, 15 June 1844 [WD WHELP 2/T 55].
Premises: [as in above recited statutory release] containing 45 acres and in occupation of William Ward, except for house in which (1) lives, ground approaching same, garden, pump and yard and all buildings heretofore occupied by (1) and family, all timber and 2 nurseries at Fellside and the Calf Parrock hedge for use of drying clothes and exclusive use of pump.
Covenants: re right of warren, dates of entry, cultivation, etc.
Rent: £65 per year.
Witnesses: Chas. Pearson, Solr., Kirkby Lonsdale.
