Folio 304. Draft letter from the Local Government Board to James Saunders, Clerk to the East Dereham Local Board in the Mitford and Launditch Poor Law Union. They acknowledge receipt of his letter of 3 January 1880 regarding the propose application of the East Dereham Local Board for a provisional order to enable it to acquire certain lands by compulsory purchase. They bring his attention to the first paragraph of the enclosed printed instructions issued by the Board on 12 August 1879, on the subject of applications for provisional orders, [not included].
