Recital of 19 August 1856 (665/493) The sum of £3950.12.8. (part of the £6950.12.8.) actually belonged to W.H. Slaney and Robert Burton as the surviving trustees of the marriage settlement of T.C. Eyton, and £3000 belonged to Kenyon. Kenyon acknowledges that he is a trustee for Slaney and Burton for the first £3950.12.8. Signature of W. Kenyon.
