ST. PAUL, BLACKLEY

St. Paul's started as Victoria Ave. Mission church.

A District was assigned to St. Paul's from the parishes of St. Peter Blackley and of St. Andrew, Blackley, by Order in Council, 6 February 1925, (London Gazette, 10 February 1925).

A new church was consecrated on 12 December 1931.

The parish was increased by, the addition of part of St. Peter's, Blackley, by Order in Council, 14 March 1958, (London Gazette, 25 March 1958).
