Genre: Landscape Photography. Forbes' water colours were painted from the compound of the District Bungalow, of which this snapshot is at the extremity. It was a favourite haunt of the sea otter. Gordon S. Forbes M.C.S., author of 'Wild Life in Canara', illustrates in colour the Bay of Belikiri.
