Description

Indenture, feoffment (no delivery of seisin):

(1) Ann Upton of Halam, widow, Thomas Hankin of Middle Raisin, Lincs., yeo. and wife Mary William Hankin of Stoke, and wife Mary

(2) Richard Hankin of Hucknall Torkett, yeo.

(3) Richard Turner Becher of Southwell, gent.

For £195 paid by (2) to (1), (1) to (2), their 3 shares in Middlefield close (20 ac.)

For use of (2). (1) appoints (3) attorney to delivery possession and seisin. Endorsed with 3 receipts each for £65.
