Plans, with accompanying forms, submitted to the Council for approval under its bylaws for the regulation of new buildings. Those passed during its first thirty years or so do not seem to have survived. The remaining plans are numbered in three main series, the second dating from the passing by the Council of a town planning resolution under the 1932 Town and Country Planning Act in December 1933
