Conveyance by lease and release from John Keyte of Chipping Campden, co. Gloucs., currier to Michael Pettipher of Pebworth blacksmith, for £540, of three quarters of a yardland in Broad Marston and Pebworth called Keys or Robbins and a close of pasture in Broad Marston called the Yellows, late in the tenure of Samuel Tysoe and now of Thomas Weston, late the estate of Peter Haines, the late father of Ann the wife of William Keyte of Chipping Campden currier.
