250 acres of arable and meadow in Garsington capital or mansion house called the manor house belonging to said manor now occup. said William Wickham messuage tenement or farm with appurts. called Radleys Chief Place with 3 orchards called Harpers Close and Pidgeon Close, also orchard adjoin. to the Grove there with the gardens and fishponds in the said grove containing by estimation 15 acres together with the pigeon house, barns, stables etc. and every of their appurts. and 250 acres of meadow or pasture in the common fields of Garsington to the said last mentioned farm belonging now occup. also parcel of arable called the Piece adjoining to Radleys Chief 1 Place containing 20 acres

also 3 eyotts with appurts. now or late occup. said Richard Smith with right of fishing in river of Thame called the Thames Streame all which last mentioned premises are in Chibbenhurst otherwise Chibneys in parish of Cuddesdon
